Congratulations Elliott Morris on the golden cap award from last weeks meet!  Most swimmers have 3-4 events. He had 6!  He swam 5 events and was injured in one. Even with an injury he continued to swim his events and showed great effort and team spirit. 
Great work Elliott!!
