Oaktree Sharks

• Take Meridian south to Camden, turn left on Camden, right on Trinidad Dr. and then right on Crown Blvd or take Almaden Expressway south, past Camden, turn right onCrown Blvd. The pool is at the end of Crown Blvd at Hampton Dr. (Not Almaden Swim and Racquet).
• Do not park in Country Club parking lot. Park on the street. Walk up the large driveway to the entrance on your right.
• There is a deck area and a small grass area for seating. No shade and limited number of lounge chairs that are taken by swimmers. Parents need to bring their own chairs and shade.
• Limited snack bar run by county club (not team).
• Pool has 5 lanes. Team has 125-150 swimmers.

Belwood – 100 Belwood Gateway Los Gatos “DOLPHINS”

• Take Blossom Hill Rd. going towards Los Gatos. Go Past Camden Ave., past Harwood, turn left on Belwood Gateway. Pool on left.
• Park in small parking lot or on street. Large grass area with trees and cement areas. Plenty of room for canopies. There are some chairs for spectators along side of pool and picnic tables under trees for lunch.
• Snack bar has wide assortment of breakfast and lunch items.
• Pool has 6 lanes. Team has 130-150 swimmers.

Schedule

• Arrive no earlier than 6:30am
• Belwood warm-up: 7:20 to 7:40am
• Visiting team warm-up: 7:40 to 8:00am
• First shift volunteers report to stations: 8:00am
• Meet Start: 8:15am

Meet Staffing

• Visiting team provides the following volunteers per shift:
• 6 timers (lanes 1 through 6)
• 6 recorders (lanes 1 through 6)
• 1 runner
• 1 desk (circles the median time)
• 1 clerk of the course
• 2 ribbons
• 2 stroke and turn judges
• The visiting team provides their own meet director(s).
• The visiting team provides for their own swimmer and volunteer check-in.

General Information

• Belwood will provide clipboards and stopwatches for your timers and recorders.
• Please bring clipboards and DQ slips for your stroke and turn judges.
• You may use the picnic tables in the BBQ area closest to the parking lot for check-in.
• Tarps or tents (with floors) are NOT allowed. EZ-Ups are OK.
• No one is allowed in kiddie pool.
• The bocce ball area is closed and will be marked and fenced off. No one is allowed in this area.
• No playing/loitering in bathrooms.
• Please pick-up your trash after the meet.
• Belwood food booth will be open with breakfast, lunch and snack items.
• No pets allowed at the Belwood facility.

Important: Los Paseos meet starts early at 8:00am

Los Paseos (LPAC) – 7047 Via Ramada San Jose “PENGUINS”

• Take highway 85 south, exit at Bernal Ave. Turn right on Bernal Ave. Turn left on ViaDel Oro and then right on Via Ramada and pool is on right side.
• Park in the small parking lot, or on the street.  We cannot park in the church parking lot, your car may get towed.  Large grass area and some shade. Plenty of room for canopies.
• Snack Bar has assortment of breakfast and lunch items. Famous for breakfast burritos and tri-tip sandwiches. Cash Only
• Pool has 4 lanes (middle lane is obstructed due to the diving board). Team has 135-150 swimmers.

Montevideo (MTVD) – Corner of Camden Ave. and Coleman Rd. “PIRANHAS”

• Cannot host a meet at their pool because of irregular shaped pool.
• Every other year this team hosts meet at our pool or will rent a pool.
• Team has 150 swimmers.

No unloading or parking at red painted corners. Please be considerate of the surrounding neighbors and do not block any driveways. The parking lot is small and for our coaches, computer and snack shack volunteers.

• Swimmer Check-In: 7:00-7:30am
• Stroke/Turn meeting: 8:00am
• Visiting team Warm-ups: 7:45-8:15am
• First shift reports to position: 8:20am
• National Anthem: 8:25am
• Meet Starts: 8:30am

Visiting Team Volunteer Requirements Per Shift

1st shift: Medley Relay through IM (event 1-44). 2nd Shift: Breaststroke to end of Free Relay (event 45-79).

• 6 timers (one per lane)
• 6 recorders (one per lane)
• 1 runner (report to computer table)
• 1 time sorter (report to computer table)
• 1 clerk (report to red EZ-Up tent)
• 2 Ribbon Table (green picnic table)
• 2 Stroke and Turn judges (report to meeting @ 8am)
• 1 Meet Director
• Each team provides own Swimmer & Volunteer Check-Ins
• Bring clipboards for Stroke and Turn Judges.

General Information

• Oaktree has 6 lanes. No one is allowed in baby pool during meet.
• Home team will provide all stopwatches and clipboards for your timers/recorders.
• Visiting team has the back grass area – space is limited so encourage families to share tents. No EZ-ups are allowed on the pool deck. Bring tarps in case grass is wet.
• Oaktree provides a shaded spectator seating area along bathroom side of pool.
• Visiting team coaches will have a table and chairs at Lane 6.
• Each team will have one picnic table for check-in. Oaktree will provide 2 copies of swimmer check-in sheets and 1 scratch sheet. Ribbons will be set up on picnic table after check in.
• A snack bar is available with breakfast, lunch, and snack items. Cash or Venmo
