We’ve officially made it to the final week of the 2026 swim season! Let’s bring the energy, celebrate our amazing swimmers, and end this season with a massive splash.

Here is your Need-to-Know guide for our biggest week yet:

🚨 Crucial Action Items (Due Monday!)

• RSVP for the Pizza Party on SwimTopia so we order enough slices.
• RSVP & sign up for the Pasta Feed Potluck on SwimTopia. We need food sign-ups, plus volunteers for setup and cleanup!
• Enter the Bake-Off on SwimTopia if your swimmer wants to compete.

🧁 NEW EVENT: The Great Oaktree Bake-Off!

Calling all bakers! We are hosting a Cookie & Cupcake Bake-Off during Thursday’s Pasta Feed.

• The Rules: 100% homemade cookies or cupcakes only (no brownies or bars—must be "grab & go"). Plan for 1–2 dozen.
• Get the Kids Involved: We want them baking and decorating!
• Presentation: Bring them to the Pasta Feed ready to serve with a fun name label. Please note if they contain nuts or are gluten-free.
• The Prize: The coaches will judge all entries and award prizes. And of course, we will open the dessert table to everyone!

Day-by-Day Details

🥳 Morning Practice Spirit Week!

Show up to morning practice dressed in your finest themed gear:

• Monday: Hawaiian Day
• Tuesday: Superhero Day
• Wednesday: Sports Team Day
• Thursday: PJ Day (Yes, roll straight out of bed!)
• Friday: Sharks Spirit Wear

🍕 Wednesday: Pizza & Free Swim (11:45 AM – 1:15 PM)

• Where: Oaktree Pool
• What: Lunch and free swim for Oaktree swimmers to celebrate the team!
• Note: Per HOA policy, all swimmers aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

🍝 Thursday: Pasta Feed Potluck, Bake Off, & Champs Hype (5:30 PM – 8:00 PM)

• Where: Oaktree Pool
• What: One of our favorite traditions! Free swim is open from 5:30–7:30 PM. We will also have buddy poster making, nail painting, and car-decorating supplies ready to get pumped for Champs!
• What to Bring: This is a team effort! Head to SwimTopia to claim a potluck item and grab a volunteer shift for setup/cleanup.

🏆 Friday: Funny Awards (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

• What: A crowd favorite. Our coaches have crafted unique, hilarious awards for every single swimmer and will be sharing their favorite memories. Parents are highly encouraged to attend!
• Wear: Your favorite Oaktree Sharks gear.
