Stroke and Turn 6/23 and 6/25:

• $25 a swimmer pay via Zelle or cash to coaches
• 12:00-1:00 at Oaktree
• Small group instruction
• RSVP on Swimtopia
• Coaches will group swimmers based on skill help needed
• Work on dives, turns, strokes etc.
• Every Tuesday and Thursday in June and July

Away Meet at Silver Creek Country Club 6/27

Silver Creek (SVCC) – Valley CC Country Club Parkway San Jose “SHARKS” 

5950 Evergreen Canal, San Jose, CA 95138

• Parking: Guest team parking is at Silver Oak Elementary School, 5000 Farnsworth Dr, San Jose, CA 95138. The gates should open by 6:45am.
• Pool access: Take the pathway from the front of the school toward the community gate and enter the pool via pool parking lot.
• Team Area: Oaktree’s team area is on the gazebo side of the pool. Please note that our pool deck is very small. Please plan to share space. Families are welcome to use the pool tables and chairs. We will have a coaches table poolside for your staff as well.
• Oaktree Warm-ups: SCVCC will warm-up at 7:30am and Oaktree at 8:00am --- we'll plan to start the meet a little after 8:30am.
• Pool Depth: Our pool is only 4’ on the far end, so 10u athletes will start in the water for the 2nd and 4th leg. The dive end is 4' 6" to meet the standard minimum depth for diving.

• Food: SCVCC will have a cash breakfast with burritos, donuts, coffee, and hot chocolate available for purchase. Lunch will be food trucks on site.
• Results: Results will be posted live on meet mobile.
• Limited deck area and terraced grass area. No shade. Limited number of chairs and tables.
• Snack bar has assortment of breakfast and lunch items run by country club (not team).
• Pool has 8 lanes.

• Bring extra towels, sunscreen
• Bring lots of healthy snacks
• You can bring a buddy gift for your buddy

RSVP and Volunteering:

• Please RSVP for your swimmer by Monday 6/22 night
• Please sign up for a volunteer spot by Tuesday 6/23 night
• First shift volunteering is from event 1-44
• Second shift volunteering is from event 45-79

• 9:15-10:15 9/10 and 11/12
• 10:15-11:45 13/14 and 15/18
