Time Drops:

- We will be using a Time Drops wireless timing system this year for our home meets. You might remember this from the Belwood meet last year. In addition to other features, this system includes the Time Drops Live app where you can receive live updates from the meet including swimmer's times and alerts about upcoming events.
- To use for tomorrow's time trials meet, download the app ahead of time:
iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/time-drops-live/id1499170694
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jnstahl.swimmeetlive&hl=en_US&pli=1
- On the morning of the meet, you will be able to search for our Time Trials meet by entering 'Oaktree' in the search bar. The password for tomorrow's meet is: 2401.
- Each meet will have a different password.
- The Time Trials meet will not be available in Time Drops Live! until tomorrow morning. Searching for 'Oaktree' today will just show a few test meets. You can click the star next to any one of those meets to have all Oaktree meets listed under the 'Favorite Teams' button. This will make it easier to find future home meets.
- Times will automatically generate and sort into the meet manager software
- We will still have 1 manual stop watch back up timer in each lane and a head timer.
Parking and Traffic around the pool
- Do not stop or park in any red zones.
- Follow speed limits and traffic laws in and around the neighborhood.
- Please park down the street and walk up to get your swimmer. Do not stop in front of the pool (unless you are in a parking spot), or in the middle of the 2 adjoining streets to wait for your swimmer.
- No double parking, no stopping in red zones, and no blocking driveways—even for quick drop-offs near the main gate.
Pool cleanliness
- Help us keep the pool deck clean by picking up all of your trash and belongings after each practice. Help the coaches by closing the umbrellas after use. Check the lost and found bin located outside the boys' bathroom frequently. Items will be disposed of regularly. And if you want items to be returned, make sure your swimmer's name is on them!
