Our picture day is around the corner (Sunday, June 14th from 10:30am - 12pm) and we have important information to share!

PLEASE READ BELOW:

Oaktree Sharks will provide a complimentary Memory Mate and a 3” Button to every player who attends picture day. No paperwork required. The earlier you arrive the sooner your individual photos will be taken. 

If you would like to take a sibling photo, please advise the staff when you arrive . Online Ordering We recommend pre - ordering your photos online. Special pricing and FREE Delivery to swim club is only available with pre - orders. ALL swimmers must have a separate order, please DO NOT combine orders for siblings (you will end up with multiple packages for only one child). 

Individual orders digitally transferred so you do not need to print any paperwork . Memory Makers will also have a full service sales table to assist you on picture day. Please add the order (from the buddy section on the price sheet) to one of your swimmer orders. Memory Makers are testing the ability to order buddy photos online.

Please make sure to print out your order form or bring a digital copy to the shoot. Check in with the sales team at the red tent so we can flag your child, and your buddy photo is not missed. There is no way for Memory Makers to check on these orders onsite, so it is your responsibility to advise our staff. If a buddy photo is not flagged, you will get an individual item instead of a buddy item when you receive your photos. 

Photos are delivered to the Swim Team Board for distribution. It normally takes about 3 weeks to get back to your league. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected] or call 888 - 298 - 0744.
