Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

Time Trials

  • Time Trials was a great meet and ran smoothly thanks to everyone’s help! We hope everyone enjoyed the new timing system.
  • Thank you to everyone who helped make the first meet of the season such a success! We especially appreciate those of you who volunteered for two jobs to help cover shifts.
  • If you were unable to attend Time Trials on Saturday, your swimmer will need to complete their time trials this week during practice. Please have them let the coaches know, and we will make sure they get times for their events.
  • Results are posted on SwimTopia under Meets & Events → Swim Meet Results. Results are also posted to the left of the boys’ bathroom.
  • You can also view results on Time Drops using the Time Trials meet code: 3949.
  • Thank you to everyone that was checked in by 7:30. This allows the coaches and the computer team enough time to fix or edit any races and print out all the necessary paperwork, as well as getting the meet finalized in the computer system and Time Drops. It is a time consuming but necessary part of getting the meet started on time. With a second team at all future meets it is critical everyone is checked in promptly by 7:30.

RSVP Clarification:

  • Please always mark your swimmer’s availability in Swimtopia.
  • Please Do Not Tell the Coaches Verbally
  • The computer system merges the entries directly from Swimtopa. The RSVPs on Swimtopia are the only way we know exactly who is coming and who is not. The coaches and computer team rely on this information being accurate. Thank you so much for helping us out!
  • Please RSVP your swimmers. You can RSVP for all meets now!
