Hi Oak Tree Community,

As we gear up for another exciting swim season, we’re inviting local businesses in our community to support the Oak Tree Swim Team through our Lane Sponsorship Program!

This is a great opportunity to promote your business while supporting local youth athletics and being part of our vibrant swim community.

Lane Sponsorship Details:

• $300 for the season
• Signage displayed at all 3 home meets and time trials
• Sponsor recognition with announcements at each meet

To get started: Please complete our brief sponsorship application here due by May 11th:

What sponsors provide:

• A banner approximately 2.5 ft x 4 ft (or similar size) for display
• Your business name for announcements
• Payment to confirm sponsorship

Deadline: Banners must be submitted to the swim team by May 21 to be included in our first events.

As a nonprofit organization, we are happy to provide a letter of sponsorship/donation for your records upon request.

If you own a business or know a local business that would be interested, we would love your support and referrals!
