Congratulations to Marisa and Kaelyn for earning the golden caps from last Saturday's meet!

Marisa has demonstrated unwavering dedication to perfecting her technique every time she is in the pool. Always taking the coaches advice and applying it not only in practice, but carrying it over to meets. Because of her dedication to perfecting her technique, she has continued to drop time in all of her events thus awarding her a Golden Cap.

After coming off a nasty flu that prevented Kaelyn from practicing all week, and dealing with a rough starter in backstroke who did not wait for her to become set, Kaelyn crushed her backstroke time and took first in her heat with the 15-18 men’s backstroke. She then continued to improve in both the IM and Breastroke while encouraging our youngest swimmers from behind the blocks earning her a Golden Cap.
