Happy Mother's Day! I hope everyone has enjoyed the first week of practice.

5/18 Sunday Time Trials Your swimmer must be RSVP'd by tomorrow, Monday, May 12thYou must sign up for a volunteer slot by tomorrow Monday, May 12th  The volunteering is open!All volunteer positions are described on the website under Volunteer Roles

Please make sure you rsvp and sign up for a volunteer position. I am unable to send out reminder emails. If your child is not RSVP'd or you have not signed up to volunteer they will not be entered in the meet. 

7:00-7:30 swimmer and volunteer check in- MUST BE CHECKED IN BY 7:30 

7:30 warm ups for 9-18 year olds 

8:00 stroke and turn officials meeting, cheer, national anthem, and first shift volunteers report to your spot 

8:15 meet will begin 

We hope to finish the meet by 1:00. 

All swimmers will be swimming all events so they can get a baseline time for the season. Bring lots of towels since they will be swimming 4-5 events. No relays at time trials. 

The snack shack will be open with limited items, mostly snacks. No BBQ lunch. Cash or Zelle only.

Swimmers who do not attend time trials will do their time trial races at practice the week of May 19th.

5/26 NO PRACTICE -Memorial Day

6/2 Pancake Breakfast- no practice 10:00-12:00

10:00 eat

10:30-12:00 free swim

Practice Every weekday May 5th-30th

4:00-4:45 6u and 7/8

4:45-5:30 9/10 and 11/12

5:30-6:30 13/14 and 15/18

Oaktree Gear:

Swimsuits- The Team Suit can be ordered from Swimoutlet swimoutlet.com/collections/oaktree We are using the same pattern as last year.

Team Clothing- Clothing/spirit wear can be ordered from Swimoutlet swimoutlet.com/collections/oaktree

Swim Caps- Personalized swim caps orders were due 5/9 and have been ordered. You can still purchase the silicone Oaktree Sharks caps from the team during practice, swim meets or team events. They are $12 a cap and you can pay with cash or Zelle.
