Welcome to our 2025 Oaktree Sharks Season! 

I will send out weekly updates on Sundays for the upcoming events. Please always read through them clearly and add the dates to your calendars. The emails will be packed full of information and I will not be able to send out reminders. The most important being you need to RSVP your swimmer and sign up to volunteer by Mondays prior to a meet. Tuesdays the RSVP and volunteer sign ups will be closed as coaches and the computer team need several days to input races. If you have not RSVP'd your swimmer we will assume they are not attending. If you do not sign up to volunteer we will assume your swimmer will not be attending. We are unable to run a swim meet unless every family volunteers.

Sunday, May 4th
9:00-11:00 New swimmer tryouts- if you have not signed up for a time slot please do so asap! 

Sunday, May 4th
7:00-8:00 Mandatory Dive off Meeting- This will be on Google Meet and the link will be sent at a later time. We will go over the season and answer any questions you have! 

Monday, May 5th
Swim practice starts! Swim practice is every week day with the following times:

Every weekday May 5th-30th

4:00-4:45 6u and 7/8

4:45-5:30 9/10 and 11/12

5:30-6:30 13/14 and 15/18

Morning Practice begins

Every Weekday June 2nd-July 18th

No practice Monday, June 2nd (pancake breakfast instead)

8:15-9:15 6u and 7/8

9:15-10:15 9/10 and 11/12

10:15-11:45 13/14 and 15/18

Oaktree Gear:

Swimsuits- The Team Suit can be ordered from Swimoutlet swimoutlet.com/collections/oaktree We are using the same pattern as last year.

Team Clothing- Clothing/spirit wear can be ordered from Swimoutlet swimoutlet.com/collections/oaktree

Swim Caps- We have 2 options again this year for ordering swim caps. You can purchase the silicone Oaktree Sharks caps from the team during practice, swim meets or team events. They are $12 a cap and you can pay with cash or Zelle

The other option is to pre order 2 personalized caps. These will have your swimmer's name printed on both sides along with our sharks logo. Please fill out this form if you would like to purchase a set of 2 personalized caps for $30. You need to Zelle the team the payment. These orders and payments are due on 5/9.
