Hey Oaktree Families

As the season comes to an end I need to close out the books, so please send in any payments due (lessons, stroke & turn etc) and submit your receipts for reimbursement. 

Reimbursements:  If you have receipts for reimbursement and your event is over, please submit them to me ASAP.  All receipts for reimbursements MUST be provided to me by this Sunday, so that I can wrap up the season. I'm planning to send all payments by Monday 7/15.  Email is [email protected], or you can text them to me at 408-209-0047.  

Lessons with Eric:  If Eric Greer gave your swimmer a swim lesson, payments are due to Oaktree.  Eric will also be reaching out to you if you have not paid.
