Hi,
I am sending our weekly update a few days early b/c of the holiday and because of our timeline to get things ready for champs. PLEASE RSVP AND VOLUNTEER FOR CHAMPS ASAP. We need all of this done by 7/4.
Happy 4th of July weekend! Please read this email carefully and add the dates and info to your calendars.
Champs is right around the corner! Volunteering and RSVP is open. It will close Tuesday, July 4th. See previous email for all of the champs details.

July 6th Golfland 3-5:00 Come join us, buy your own tickets and enjoy the water slides and golfing with the team.
July 7th Private lessons 12-1:00 with the coaches. Contact the coach directly to schedule.
July 8th Swim meet at home vs. Silver Creek
July 8th- Tacos and Glow Party at the pool!
- Open swim from 5:30 - 6:30pm - Tacos and glow time from 6:30 - 9:00 pm - Karaoke and Limbo competition after dinner! - $15/person (venmo @Oaktree-Sharks or cash at the door) - Please sign up on Swimtopia to bring items and to RSVP - Contact Nicole Ricossa ([email protected]) with any questions- Roller Skating at Aloha Skate
July 11th- Stroke and Turn 12-1:00. Fill out a "Job" to reserve your spot on Swimtopia $20 per swimmer paid to @oaktree-sharks
July 12th- Stroke and Turn 12-1:00. Fill out a "Job" to reserve your spot on Swimtopia $20 per swimmer paid to @oaktree-sharks
July 12th-Pasta Feed at the pool! $5 a person. RSVP and sign up for the potluck on Swimtopia! We will have free swim 5-8, lots to eat, games, and our traditional hula hooping contest! Also come decorate your car windows!
July 13th- Pizza Party at the pool! 11:45-12:45 Please RSVP so we know how many to feed! Bring your own drinks.
July 14th -Funny Awards at the pool! 10:00-11:00 No practice this day. Come decorate your car windows!
July 15th- Champs at Morgan Hill Aquatic Center 6:00am -6:00 pm - see email about all champs details.
July 16th- Awards Night at the pool. 5:00-8:00
Upcoming Meet:
July 8th meet home at Oaktree vs.Silver Creek Country Club
- Swimmer and volunteer Check-In: 7:00-7:30am If you are not checked in by 7:30 your swimmer will be scratched from the meet.
- Stroke/Turn meeting: 8:00am
- Oaktree team warm ups 7:15-7:45
- Visiting team Warm-ups: 7:45-8:15am
- First shift reports to position: 8:20am
- National Anthem: 8:25am
- Meet Starts: 8:30am
