Happy Sunday. Please read this email carefully and add the dates and info to your calendars. We have regular practice this week, but no practice 7/3 and 7/4 for the holiday. We also do not have a meet on 7/1. Our last dual meet will be at home on 7/8.

Mr. Pickles Food Orders

I will send out more information as it gets closer. BUT we need to get our ads done this week AND our lunch orders in. The only food option for lunch to purchase will be from Mr. Pickles and it is ONLY available if you order ahead. Here is the order form: Mr. Pickles order form You will fill in your family order, pay Oaktree and then at Champs you will pick up your food from the Mr. Pickles truck when they arrive. I will have tickets for you that say what you ordered so that pick up will be easy! We will have other food trucks for snacks like shave ice and desserts, but no other food will be available for purchase. This is only available if you order ahead! Orders are due Friday, June 30th.

Volunteer sign ups and Meet RSVP-Volunteer spots are open for the 7/8 meet. Everyone needs to sign up and RSVP! Sign ups and volunteer spots close Tuesday! If you did not RSVP by Friday 6/30 night you will not be entered in the meet and will not be able to swim. Thank you!

• Swimmer and volunteer Check-In: 7:00-7:30am If you are not checked in by 7:30 your swimmer will be scratched from the meet.

• Oaktree team warm ups 7:15-7:45

CHAMPS PROGRAM- 5 days left to make your ad!

We are all looking forward to a regular Champs this year. With that being said, the league sells programs which contain all of the pre-seeded Heat/Lane Assignments. The program contains a section for each team to encourage our swimmers.

Every family is invited to submit a photo and brief message to include in our team’s section of the program. Please see the pricing below of the sizes we are currently offering:

• 1/8 of a page: $12.50 (send in vertical layout)
• 1/4 of a page: $25.00 (send in either horizontal or vertical layout)
• 1/2 of a page: $50.00 (most commonly used for aging out swimmers - send in horizontal layout)
• Full Page: $100.00 (most commonly used for aging out swimmers)

All photos submitted must be in high resolution for best quality.

While you may not choose to buy a program at Champs, I still strongly encourage you to make an ad. The kids will borrow their friend's program and they all gravitate to see what is written, so, let’s show our swimmers how proud we are of them.

To participate, please send me an email ([email protected]) with a short message and/or a photo (jpeg format in high resolution). I will do the formatting of the pages. Please submit your payments via venmo @Oaktree-Sharks (and please indicate the size you are purchasing).

Coaches Gifts

As we do each year, we are collecting donations for our award night group gifts. A suggested, but optional, contribution of $50 per swimmer is appreciated for our 4 coaches, Brendon, Cade, Darius and Eric and our 16 junior coaches, Avery, Anna, Alex, Alexa, Aniela, Ashley, Amara, Brianna, Gianni, Joshua, Kaelyn, Lexi, Miles, Niamh, Talya and Thomas. Please send donation to Fiona's Venmo (@FionaEh) by Wednesday June 28th so we can get everything organized for them.

If your swimmer would also like to make a thank you note to the coaches or jr. coaches please give it to Carrie or put it in the Toolson folder by Monday July 10th.
